How to book an EASA A2 examination
Find the correct A2 examining body and confirm the prerequisites, language, assessment method and fee before paying.

Use the official route for your exam country
Start with the national aviation authority or an examining body it designates. The European country guide and EASA authority directory provide starting points. A country suggestion does not establish applicant eligibility, so check that you can use the selected route.
Prepare the evidence and practical declaration
Confirm the accepted A1/A3 qualification, how to declare completed practical self-training and the identity documents required. Make sure names match across your documents and booking. Check how any prior certificate issued in another state is handled.
Confirm the examination terms
- Ask which language the exam uses and whether it is in person or remotely proctored.
- Confirm the duration, permitted materials and equipment requirements.
- Check the fee, included attempts, retake process and cancellation terms.
- Read how results and the certificate are issued.
Airspace School’s payment covers study access. It does not book or pay for an official examination.
