Refunds, cancellation and complaints

Stop monthly renewal

Open Account and choose Manage subscription. Cancel before the next payment date to stop the next charge. You keep access until the paid period ends. A one-time 12-month purchase never renews automatically. Stopping renewal does not itself request a refund or withdraw from the original purchase.

Request a refund or withdraw from a purchase

Email support@airspaceschool.com with your account email, course, purchase date and order reference if available. You can also write to LaneApps Limited, Rockingham, Calf Hill Road, Thongsbridge, Holmfirth, HD9 3TG, United Kingdom. A clear statement that you wish to cancel is sufficient; you do not have to use the form below or give a reason for a statutory withdrawal.

For Stripe Managed Payments purchases, you can also use the payment-support or refund link in your receipt or Link support. Your receipt identifies the reseller. Earlier purchases and subscriptions may have a different seller; use their receipt or contact us and we will help identify the correct route.

Your consumer rights

Where UK or EU consumer withdrawal rights apply, the usual period is 14 days after the contract is concluded. These rights depend on the contract and applicable law, not the currency you paid in or the exam you are studying. Requesting immediate access does not by itself waive them. Digital-content and service exceptions have different conditions; these terms do not claim that simply signing in removes your rights.

Send your withdrawal before the applicable deadline. Where a refund is due following statutory withdrawal, it must be made within the legal deadline, normally within 14 days after the seller is told, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and without a refund fee. If required withdrawal information was not given, the law may extend the withdrawal period.

You also keep applicable rights if the course is faulty, unavailable or not as described, including correction, a price reduction or ending the contract where the law provides. These rights can continue after a cooling-off period has ended. US state law may give additional remedies; this policy does not limit them.

Our existing refund commitments

We will refund duplicate or mistaken charges in full, and refund you in full if we cannot give you the access you purchased. If we permanently close the course before your access ends, we will refund the unused part of the price. Refunds required by law remain available. Contact us if something is wrong so we can investigate; you do not have to give up your statutory rights to receive help.

If your receipt names a reseller, you can send the notice to that seller using the receipt’s contact details. Contact us if you need help. You can also use the online Withdraw from contract form above.

Complaints

Use the same support email and describe the problem and the outcome you want. Do not include card details or unnecessary sensitive information. We will investigate and explain the outcome. You can seek help from the relevant consumer authority or applicable alternative dispute-resolution body. We will provide any information about dispute resolution that the law requires. This does not prevent a court claim or change a legal deadline.
